This course comprises of four blocks which will help the students to understand better the concepts of the history of the Philippines.

The first block will focus on the geography of the Philippines wherein the students will gain more knowledge on the geographical features of the country. The second block will discuss the richness of the Philippine culture by the influences of our own ancestors and the colonizers as well. The third block will help the students to understand the character of the Filipino people and how they work together for the progress of the community. The fourth block will focus on the structures and functions of the Philippine government towards development. The fifth block will tackle the rights and responsibilities of the Filipino as a citizen of the Philippines. Lastly, the seventh block will elicit the problems on our resources and how these rich resources can be used fairly and wisely to meet the basic needs of all Filipino.

Christian Living 3

Growing in Friendship with Jesus 3

Unit 1 affirms the presence of a loving God. Unit2 points out the following: Leaders that bring people to God; the need for prayer; the coming of the Savior; and the role of Virgin Mary, Mother of the Savior. Unit 3 task about the life, suffering, death, the gift of the Holy Spirit was received. This life-giving Spirit moves our hearts, minds, and being to truly love the way to Jesus. Unit 4 emphasizes the worshipping community and how the celebration of the Eucharist brings its members together in love and harmony. The prayers in the Mass are given prominence to nourish us.

Mathematics 3

Integrative Mathematics 3,

The course aims to provide an opportunity for the pupils to face the challenges of Mathematics in an exciting, enjoyable, and interesting way. Topics about the whole numbers and the four fundamental operations are given emphasis so as to prepare the pupils for more complex mathematical problems in the intermediate level. In third grade math, students will use place value to read, write, represent and compare whole numbers. They will also use a variety of methods and tools for computing with whole numbers and demonstrate fluency in multiplication facts and corresponding division facts. Students will analyze and solve multi-step problems. Life skills using math are taught as students are shown how math is used in day-to-day living through the use of money.

Computer 3

The course is divided into four (4) blocks wherein every block is designed to enrich their knowledge about computers; its parts, history and evolution, and to perform different computer features. It also enhances the knowledge of the pupils in using the MS-Word and PowerPoint 98/2003, at the same time to develop their speed and skills in typing using the keyboard. The pupils will become more familiar in using the Internet and the things needed to access with it, and to know its importance in our everyday life.

This course aims to develop the learners' phase of comprehension, application, and appreciation. This offers literary pieces and activities suited to the interest of today's learners. It utilizes various strategies that are pupil-centered and provides in depth treatment of topics through hierarchy of questions and levels of application. Evaluations are design to assist the learner in rationalizing his progress.

This course provides the pupils with a firm foundation to learn in accordance with his gifts, interests and intelligences. The array of activities will drive the class to experience a creative exchange of insights and feelings and will inspire them to construct new ideas.

This course aims to help pupils to learn the English language through enjoyable way and develop their cognitive and academic skills. These skills will enable the pupils to participate actively in the world around them.

Reading 3

This course aims to help pupils to learn the English language through reading process and develop their cognitive and academic skills. These skills will enable the pupils to participate actively in the world around them. 
All the learning activities are based on the active interaction of language and thought. They are also based of the rule of relating or matching the pupil's knowledge and past experiences with the new concepts and ideas in the reading text. This rule is believed to help students to understand and appreciate the meaning of the reading text.
This course also aims to develop the pupils' literary appreciation skills and hopes to instill distinct Filipino values, such as respect for elders, thoughtfulness, unity, sharing, caring, love for country, faith in God, concern for the environment, and respect for the cultures of other people.

Ang mga aralin sa kursong ito ay nagsisimula sa Kasanayang Pangkomunikasyon. Nagbibigay ang bahaging ito ng mga pagkakataon na magamit mo ang Wikang Filipino upang maipahayag kung ano ang iyong nasa isip at damdamin. Layunin ng mga aralin nito na magkaroon ng isang temang magbibigkis sa magkakaugnay na mga kaalaman, kasanayan, at pagpapahalaga sa pagtuturo ng Filipino upang mapadali ang pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral.

Science for Active Learning 3

The scientific skills of observation, measuring and classification serve as focal points for the third grade. Students learn to read and interpret simple tables and graphs, conduct safe investigations in which they collect and analyze data, and communicate the results. Third-graders explore the properties and composition of rocks and soils and the interaction of forces and motion. They also compare the life cycles of animals, classifications of animals according to their characteristics, descriptions of their habitat and adaptations to their environment.

This course aims to help enhance the pupils' talent and creativity. It also instills in the pupils the love and pride for our culture through various activities. This course aims to provide the pupils with a variety of meaningful and fruitful concepts and activities that will help them become musically motivated. It is expected that the content of this course will result in understanding and appreciation of MUSIC and provide the child a total foundation to emerge as a good leader of our society and the fast changing world.

This course aims to help enhance the pupils' talent and creativity. It also instills in the pupils the love and pride for our culture through various art activities.

This course aims to provide the pupils with a variety of meaningful and fruitful concepts and activities that will help them become creative artist.

This course also aims to encourage pupils to use their time productively by making artworks that will give them meaningful experience wherein they can express their thoughts and feelings artistically.

Moreover, this course gives opportunities for children to showcase their creativity through drawing, painting, paper folding, print making, clay molding and other art activities.

Physical Education 3

This course aims to help in the child's personality development. It also instills in the students the love and pride for our culture through various activities in Physical Education.

This course aims to develop both the gross motor and fine motor skills of the children. It aims to enhance their capability to do physical activities, increase their physical endurance and instill in them the importance of having a healthy lifestyle.

Moreover, this course gives opportunities for children to play and enjoy while learning. The activities that are included in this course are lively, interesting, and fulfilling. It is designed to fit the individual needs of the child and cater to their interest while inculcating in them the different concepts that they need to learn.

It also gives meaningful experiences that will help the children to discover themselves and serves as outlet for expressing their creative side.

Furthermore, this course aspires to give holistic understanding and appreciation of Physical Education and instill in them the values needed to be a good, healthy and globally competent citizen of our country.
