FILIPINO I (Pluma at Ibong Adarna I)

Ang kurso na ito ay isang serye ng pinagsanib na Wika at Panitikan na kung saan pumapaksa sa ibat-ibang aralin. Kabanata I "Pananagutan sa Lipunan, Tutuparin Ko" Kabanata II "Kakayahan ng Bawat Tao, Pahahalagahan Ko "habang ang Kabanata III ay tumatalakay sa "Kalayaan at Katarungan, Pangangalagaan Ko" at ang Kabanata IV "Katatagang Pampulitika at Pampamayanan, Pangarap Ko". Ito ay nagbibigay halaga sa kahandaan ng mga mag-aaral bago bumasa upang maging lubos ang kanilang pang-unawa at pagpapahalaga sa kanilang babasahin.

Ang mga babasahin at mga gawain na inihanda para sa mga mag-aaral ay pilimpili at inaasahang makakahikayat sa mga mag-aaral upang lalo pang kalugdan ang panitikang Pilipino.

Ang Ibong Adarna ay kakaiba sa ibang awit at korido. Ito ay katutubong likha na hango at gawa mula sa Europa, Asya, at Africa.Ito ang pinagkaugaliang libangan ng mga Pilipino noong panahon ng pananakop ng mga kastila. Pinaniniwalaan ng marami na ang akdang ito ay siyang humahalili sa epiko dahil sa pagpaparami ng mga yugto ng pakikipagsapalaran ng tauhan o bayani sa awit at katangian ng likas na epiko. Sa pamamagitan nito,maiintindihan at matututunan ng mga mag-aaral na pahalagahan ang epiko na sumasalamin sa kasaysayan ng ating bansa.

Filipino Literature I

This course offers opportunities for the students to enjoy and learn, appreciate, and gain knowledge of. The approach remains situational in using real-life contexts that suitable to their experiences. Through this, it will help the students to relate to situations and experiences similar or new to them.

This gives literary selections that serve as a springboard to the activities that develop vocabulary, speech, grammar, writing, and literary appreciation skills. Through listening and writing exercises, students will build up self confidence and self-expression using English language.

MATHEMATICS I (Math for Engage Learning Elem. Algebra I)

Mathematics is a product of the great minds and curiosity of philosophers, and ideas of practical and ordinary people. It started to develop as early as the first civilizations settled here on earth. Early human beings utilized the things around them and came up with their own system of living to survive the times. They had their own concept of mathematics and established their own standard of measurement, which suited their simple way of living. This system of measurement continued to develop up to now, answering the modern-day needs of the people.

COMPUTER I

Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is the predominant markup language for web page. HTML elements are the basic building-blocks of WebPages.

HTML is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of tags, enclosed in angle brackets (like <html>), within the web page content. HTML tags normally come in pairs like <h1> and </h1>. The first tag in a pair is the start tag, the second tag is the end tag (they are also called opening tags and closing tags). In between these tags web designers can add text, tables, images, etc.

Adobe Flash (formerly Macromedia Flash) is a multimedia platform used to animation, video, and interactivity to web pages. Flash is frequently used for advertisements, games and flash animation for broadcast. More recently, it has been positioned as a tool for "Rich Internet Applications" ("RIAs").

Flash manipulates vector and raster graphics to provide animation of text, drawings, and still images. It supports bidirectional streaming of audio and video, and it can capture user input via mouse, keyboard, microphone, and camera. Flash contains an object-oriented language called Action script and supports automation via the JavaScript Flash language (JFSL).

SCIENCE I (Integrated Science I)

Integrated Science is a branch of science that inspires the students to ask simple questions. For them to realize that, this is the real journey in the study of science. It composes of some different topics that can be interconnected with each other such as the connection of power to work and energy to work, the properties of matter, Living things: Organization and Characteristics, Beyond the Solar System and the Naturally Occurring Changes. The topics may help a lot for them to really understand the reality.

HISTORY I (Phil. History and Government)

This course is divided into four parts which will encourage the students to learn more about the Philippines and its People.

The first part focuses on the geography and culture of the Philippines, where the students learn more about the geographical features of the Philippine islands and the richness of our past. The second part focuses on the Spanish Era, where the students learn more about Coming of Spaniards. The third part focuses on the Philippines under America and Japan, and focuses on the Spanish and American War. And the fourth part focuses on the Independence of the Philippines wherein we experience different governments.

CHRISTIAN LIVING I (Called to Discover Our Christian Roots)

Christian Living I

This first year course focuses on how God began to reveal Himself to His chosen People and to call them into a special relationship of friendship. The course presents the inspired narrative of how God called the Israelite to salvation- and how through this Old Testament accounts, He is doing for us today. Thus the course invites the students enter into this study as participants not merely as expectators, so they will come to appreciate God's great redeeming presence and love for them now and deepen their love and Faith in Him through this Sacred Scripture.

TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION I
On Line with TLE I

This course equips the students with the essential understandings and abilities, optimistic values and attitudes towards work. It intends to give experiences that will facilitate the students to achieve understanding of and obtain knowledge in different Economics activities. Home Economics, Agriculture, Industrial Arts, and Entrepreneurship are the four component areas which help the students to understand home and family living, housing and family economics, foods and applied nutrition, and basic clothing. They also deal with the study of plant production, farm animal production and fish production, drafting, handicrafts and woodworking, and cover the concept of entrepreneurship and introduction to computer education. In addition, these activities will help the students to easily connect and apply the things they do in the school to their daily lives.

MAPEH I

Music I

This course will help the students to develop the art of singing in different vocal register and allow them to recognize and read notes according to their pitch names and learn different principles in music. 
This will help the students to identify and learn different notes and rest, and different styles in singing. Also, students will learn to do the vocalization properly, and sing songs according to their voice register.

Art I

This course focuses on the elements of art, theater/cinema art, and on how to perform in the theater. This discusses the different lines, shapes, textures, colors, and forms. It offers different activities that will enhance the creativity and critical thinking of the students. Aside from these, they will also identify and appreciate our own culture, the Philippine culture.

PE I

The course will briefly discuss the historical background of the game and the fundamental skills. It is divided into two parts so that proper attention will be given to enhance not only the skills of the students but also the right attitudes that they have to posses in playing the game. The first semester focuses on the Personality Development and Philippine Folk Dance. The second semester focuses on the team sports like Volleyball, Basketball, etc. Students will obtain the development of Physical fitness by means of exercising, and proper training program. In addition, they will learn new things, and understand the procedure in playing the team sports game.

Health I

This course divides into two parts to focus on the essential aspects of safety education that can be utilized in their daily living.

The first semester focuses on the Safety Education. The second semester focuses on the First Aid and on how to carry the victim in terms of different accidents.

The course discusses the different accidents in our environment. Through this, students will appreciate the importance of knowing the basic knowledge of first aid, and will practice the proper general procedures in giving first aid.
