FILIPINO III (Pluma at Noli Me Tangere III)

Ang PLUMA Wika at Panitikan para sa Mataas na Paaralan (Ikalawang Edisyon) ay isang serye ng pinagsanib na aklat sa Wika atPanitikan na kung saan pumapaksa sa ibat-ibang aralin. Kabanata I "Landas sa Pag-unlad, Ako ay Kabalikat Kabanata II " Karunungan at kasanayan, Taglay ng Puso ko,t Isipan " habang ang Kabanata III ay Kabutihan , Mithiin Ko Sa Kinabukasan " at ang Kabanata IV " Katarungan at karapatan , Aking Pangangalagaan" Ang kursong ito ay nagbibigay ng mga piling-piling babasahin o seleksiyon na makahihikayat sa mga mag-aaral na lalong kalugdan ang panitikang Pilipino. Inihahanda at nililinang din nito ang kritikal at mapanuring pag-iisip ng mga mag-aaral. Inaasahan din sa kursong ito ang paghubog ng mabubuting kabataang magiging pag-asa n gating bayan.

Ang aklat na ito ay isinulat upang maibahagi sa mga mag-aaral ang mga damdaming nagmumula nagmumula sa kaibuturan ng puso. Ang Noli Metangere ay isang nobelang tumatalakay sa mga pangyayaring naganap sa Pilipinas noong unang panahon ng pananakop ng mga kastila. Ayon kay Dr. Jose Rizal: "Ang lahat ng nasasaad dito ay totoo at tunay na nangyayari, at mapapatunayan ko ang lahat ng iyan." Ang akdang ito ay magbibigay sa mga mag-aaral ng pagkakataong maipahayag ang kanilang sariling pananaw, opinion, reaksiyon at paghuhusga sa mga kaugalian, tradisyon at kulturang Pilipino na inilalarawan sa pamamagitan ng mga tauhan, tagpuan at pangyayari sa kuwento.

Inaasahan na ang mga mag-aaral ay magkakaroon ng lubusang pagkaunawa sa mga gintong kaisipan ni Dr. Jose Rizal na siyang tutulong upang maiayos at maiugnay ang nobela sa kasalukuyang kalagayang n gating bansa at upang magsilbing inspirasyon sa hinaharap.

ENGLISH III (English Communication Arts & Skills Through Anglo-American & Filipino Literature III)

The first block of the course focuses on the background and the etymology of English Literature. The backbone of that is very important for them to understand deeply the etymology as well as the background of it. There are also some grammars that will explain the variation of Old English to the New English. The second block focuses on how did the people before are thirsty and hungry to achieve their freedom from being captured of greedy and heartless ruler. It gives way to the philosophy of Humanism wherein they centralized everything to God. In this block it explains also how to use the proper usage of grammar and also how to make a word formation and paragraphs. The third block focuses on the deepest desire of the authors to express their feelings toward their experiences. It also explains about the grammar wherein they can easily give simple directions. The Block 4 focuses on the deepest desire of the Filipinos to express their nationality through the use of any literary piece that they can use. Furthermore this also emphasizes how to make a simple debate and the purpose of argumentation.

MATHEMATICS III 
(Math Engage Learning Geometry / Basic Trigonometry for Secondary III)

Geometry is a branch of mathematics that deals with the study of the shape, size, and position of the geometric figures. Many experts define Geometry as the mathematics of shapes dealing with the measurement, properties, and relationships of points, lines, and planes. Geometry derived its name from the Greek word "geo", meaning "earth" and metrein, meaning "measure". Ancient Egyptians were the first to make extensive use of Geometry.

In this course, students will appreciate and value math in everyday life, reason and communicate mathematically, show assurance of their mathematical abilities, solve problem innovatively, show fervor for learning, and be a reflective learner.

Basic Trigonometry III

Trigonometry is the branch of mathematics that deal with the properties and applications of ratios associated with angles. It was developed after arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. The word trigonometry came from the Greek words trigonon, meaning "triangle", and metron, which means "measure". Literally, it means the measurement of triangles.
Trigonometry began as the study of the relationships between the lengths of the sides of triangles and the measurements of angles applied in the fields of surveying, navigation, and astronomy.

This will help the students to focus on the important concepts and principles that they should master most specially for those who will take analytic geometry and calculus later.

COMPUTER III

The term troubleshooting is to isolate the source of a problem and fix it, typically through a process of elimination whereby possible sources of the problem are investigated and eliminated beginning with the most obvious or easiest problem to fix. 
In the case of computer systems, the term troubleshoot is usually used when the problem is suspected to be hardware-related. If the problem is known to be in software, the term debug is more commonly used.

Network topology is the layout pattern of interconnections of the various elements (links, nodes, etc.) of a computer or biological network. Network topologies may be physical or logical. Physical topology refers to the physical design of a network including the devices, location and cable installation. Logical topology refers to how data is actually transferred in a network as opposed to its physical design. In general physical topology relates to a core network whereas logical topology relates to basic network.

SCIENCE III (Science Environment, Technology, & Society Chemistry)

This subject designed primarily for third year students. Emphasis is placed on practical aspects of inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry. Theoretic topics are dealt with only as an aid to understand of matter and its transformation.

Moreover, it helps the students learn chemistry by acquiring knowledge from the easy lessons progressing to the more difficult ones. Each topic is presented in an easy way to address the learning difficulties of the students. To help the students more in liking chemistry, this course offers words that will adapt to the language of the students.

HISTORY III (World History III)

Teaching history has always been demanding and challenging. It is demanding and challenging because one has to teach various key events, ideas and personalities. This course will emphasize the importance on teaching historical thinking skills and the understanding of ideas and generalizations.

Moreover, this deals with the history of the World. It is divided into four parts to help the students appreciate and realize the value learning history around the world.

The first quarter focuses on the importance and functions of the History. The second quarter leads to the discovery of the old civilization of the world that shaped the human society. The third quarter focuses on the advancement of the technology. The fourth quarter focuses on the modern world social issues.

CHRISTIAL LIVING III (Called to Follow Christ in True Freedom)

This course discusses the way on following Jesus. Being a good Christian and forming a morality and good decision making guided by the law of God. It aims to take action to the need to present the Christian moral message in a way that explains, corrects, and motivates our Filipino teenagers toward authentic moral living as Disciples of Christ.

TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION III
On Line with TLE III

The first half of the course discusses about home management and child care, steps and stages toward marriage, responsible parenthood and the types of family according to the number of mates, kinds of discipline given to a child and the values they must acquire. The course also includes different crafts like cross stitch, embroidery, and using used materials to create a useful one. These skills help the students to be creative and excel in art work. The second half of the course will focus on culinary arts, drafting, handicraft, and business technology. Culinary art includes baking, icing making, food preservation, and meal preparation, while the drafting lessons include lettering and silk screen printing. Handicraft is project making using shells which they can sell to earn money and apply to their lessons in business technology.

Music III

The first three blocks of the course focus on Asian type of music while the latter part centers on African music. The course briefly discusses the historical background of each, some of its characteristics, the difference in terms of instruments, and its own distinctive identity and qualities.

This course aims to educate and inspire the students through the help of the following objectives:

  • Be introduced with the kind of music the Indians have and learn its historical value and have an understanding of it.
  • Appreciate the beauty of the music of Thailand by discovering its value as it was developed through time.
  • Stress out the distinctive identity of Indonesian music in the midst of the cultural influences of China and of India.
  • Have a clear understanding of the relation of music in the African way of life.

Art III

This course will deal on the history of the World. The first part will focus on the importance of Arts. The second part will lead to the discovery of the Greek Art and Egyptian Art. The third part will focus on the different styles of Painting. The fourth part will focus on the different period of Arts.

Moreover, this will develop understanding and sensitivity of the students to arts in various cultures. Students will recognize and appreciate the contributions of different civilizations in the field of art, and they will appreciate the feelings and emotions expressed in a work of art through drawing.

P.E. III

Physical fitness is a capability that should be treated with extreme care for one to lead a normal life. In this course, students will learn to develop their physical capabilities and be responsible to build up their physical fitness by utilizing a well-organized program implemented with diligence and discipline.

In addition, they will also learn different dances, games, and events which will help them to show their skills and prove their prowess.

Health III

The first block focuses on the prevention diseases caused by human waste. The relation of improper human waste disposal with the spread of diseases will be discussed in this block. The second block focuses on the reproductive health which will make the students analyze the practices and activities of young boys and girls such as dating, early marriage, and the like. Through these, students can easily relate these to improve their family lives. The third block focuses on the development and spread of diseases. And the fourth block focuses on the adolescence that will help and enhance the quality life of the students.
